Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your T-shirt — and keep enjoying the journey of learning, using, and living with another language.

Whether you’ve placed an order or are simply exploring Tees n’ Tongues, thank you for being here. We’re glad to have you along for the journey.

If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other customer ordering errors.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@teesntongues.com and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo showing the problem

Once we review your request, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please note that small variations in print placement may occur as part of the production process and are not necessarily considered defects.

Size and color

Since each T-shirt is made especially for your order, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you selected the wrong size or color.

Please check the size guide and your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Order changes and cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@teesntongues.com as soon as possible.

If production has not started, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once production has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@teesntongues.com.
